Barron Trump is preparing to re-enter the real estate market with plans to relaunch his luxury property venture, Trump, Fulcher & Roxburgh Capital Inc., in the spring following his father’s inauguration.

The 18-year-old freshman at New York University’s Stern School of Business initially incorporated the business in Wyoming on July 14, 2024, but later dissolved it after Donald Trump secured victory in the 2024 presidential election.

The company’s principal address was listed as the Trump family’s Mar-a-Lago estate in Florida. Co-founder Cameron Roxburgh, who met Barron while attending Oxbridge Academy in Palm Beach, stated that the decision to dissolve the firm was made to “avoid media scrutiny during the election.” Roxburgh added that they plan to “relaunch it” once the new administration takes office.

The company, which will focus on high-end real estate development, has identified potential properties and golf courses in Utah, Arizona and Idaho. Roxburgh confirmed that he and Barron would be working alongside a third partner, luxury real estate expert Carter Fulcher.

“Trump has already offered his son ‘private advice,’” Roxburgh told Newsweek, while clarifying that the president-elect has not provided financial backing for the project.

Despite the lack of direct funding from the Trump Organization, the trio hopes to eventually incorporate their business as a subsidiary of the family’s global real estate empire. Roxburgh noted that Fulcher’s family owns a luxury real estate business in Idaho, and that his cousin is Rep. Russ Fulcher (R-Idaho), although the lawmaker is not involved in the venture.

Barron’s involvement in his father’s political career has also drawn attention. His mother, Melania Trump, described him as “very vocal” in advising Donald Trump on outreach efforts, adding that he “brought in so many young people.”

Jason Miller, a senior adviser to the Trump campaign, credited Barron with recommending key podcast interviews that resonated with younger voters, saying, “Every single recommendation he’s had has turned out to be absolute ratings gold.”

While Barron has not held an official role at the Trump Organization, he follows in the footsteps of his older siblings, Don Jr. and Eric, who serve as executive vice presidents of the family business.

Barron is living in Trump Tower rather than in NYU dorms during his first year at college.
