The Bachelor alum Clayton Echard was served with a paternity test by a 33-year-old podcast host from Scottsdale, Arizona.
Echard denies any relationship with the woman.
The host, whose identity is anonymous, filed the suit on August 1, claiming that she is pregnant with twins after engaging in “sexual activity” with Echard on May 20.
According to court documents, the woman claimed that she “hadn’t been with anyone since March of 2022.”
She revealed that Echard, 30, ended their relationship after their alleged night together.
The woman alleged that Echard was sent her pregnancy results, indicating that he didn’t believe her because they only had oral sex.
The court documents also contain screenshots of supposed texts from Echard, which include, “I don’t believe you for a second,” “I legitimately hate you right now,” “You have lost your mind and I hope YOU think about how terrible this is that you would subject me to this” and “My personal hell would be having to have you be a part of my life.”
