Baby Trump Balloon Will Arrive In New Jersey By Mid-August Thanks To Fundraiser By Activist
While President Donald Trump made his first official visit to the UK with his wife Melania Trump, an orange baby Trump blimp floated over protestors in London. Now, the comical-yet-embarrassing depiction of the American president will be headed overseas to New Jersey.
Didier Jimenez-Castro of Hillsborough, New Jersey, created a GoFundMe page with other local organizers to raise money to buy the blimp from the U.K., since an American company denied their request to manufacture it. Their goal was set at $4,500, which was achieved in just 22 hours.
Jimenez-Castro told the Courier News the blimp will be in Bedminster, New Jersey, where the president plays golf at the Trump National Golf Club.

According to the GoFundMe page, all donations will go towards future shipping fees (to send the blimp around the country on “tour”), publicity, merchandise and possibly a crib in the shape of the White House.
The fundraiser has now surpassed $9,000. The London blimp was also created from a funded campaign:
“Donald Trump is a big, angry baby with a fragile ego and tiny hands,” the London blimp’s fundraising page said. “We want to make sure he knows that all of Britain is looking down on him and laughing at him.”
More campaigns for the baby Trump balloon have started in Silver Spring, Maryland; Austin, Texas; St. Louis, Missouri and Farmington, New Mexico.
“The baby Trump is not just a piece of humor, but it is also a symbol of the administration. It’s symbolic of the children that are in cages, it’s a symbol of racism, and we know that he hates to be ridiculed,” Jimenez-Castro told NJ Advance Media.
When reflecting on feeling unaccepted in the U.K., President Trump told The Sun, “I guess when they put out blimps to make me feel unwelcome, no reason for me to go to London.”
The trending campaign is still receiving donations.
