Axl Rose was spotted leaving the AC/DC rehearsal studio and sparked rumors that he would be replacing Brian Johnson as their frontman for the reminder of their tour.

The 54-year-old musician was spotted leaving the rehearsal studio in Atlanta wearing a black beanie with the band’s logo etched into it. The legendary rocker also sported a black t-shirt and ripped jeans.

According to Atlanta Radio 100.5 DJ Jason Bailey, Rose was also spotted in the city at the same time as the band after being “flown in” while they auditioned replacements for Johnson. The radio host also mentioned, “It’s all but a done deal that Axl will front AC/DC for the 10 remaining shows.”

Johnson was forced to leave the band after losing a substantial amount of his hearing.

Fanmade Instagram accounts posted the photo of the frontman leaving the studio.
