Avril Lavigne Reveals Serious Illness

Singer Avril Lavigne revealed this week that she is suffering from an undisclosed health issue. During a direct-message exchange on Twitter, Lavigne told @AvrilMusicChart that she “is not feeling well” and is “having some health issues.”

Rumors began when her husband, Nickelback singer Chad Kroeger had been spotted without Lavigne over the last several weeks. Divorce and separation rumors began, among with some strangely timed pregnancy rumors started by fans and tabloid outlets. Though Lavigne’s reps have confirmed the singer is dealing with health issues, they have also confirmed that she is not pregnant.

Neither Lavigne nor her representation have gone on record with what it is she may be suffering from.
