Arrest Warrant Issued For Britney Spears’ Ex Jason Alexander After Failing To Appear For Theft Trial Court Date

Jason Alexander, the brief husband of Britney Spears who recently trespassed on the singer’s property during her wedding to Sam Asghari, now has a warrant out for his arrest for an unrelated charge stemming from 2015.

Alexander is wanted in Napa County, California. The 2015 charges are grand theft and receiving of stolen property. He reportedly stole his landlady’s bracelet and pawned it, and admitted to it after she confronted him and tried to replace the bracelet with a different one.

He was briefly transferred to jail in Napa County after serving time in a Ventura County jail for his trespassing incident at Spears’ wedding.

Alexander was told to appear in court on September 13, and police are pursuing an arrest warrant to get him back after he failed to do so.

Alexander pled no contest to trespassing and battery in relation to the wedding crash. He also now must comply with a criminal protective order to stay over 100 yards from both Spears and her security guard involved in the incident.

Spears and Alexander were married for only three days in 2004 before the marriage was annulled.
