Arnold Schwarzenegger’s son, Joseph Baena, rang in his 26th birthday by posting a video of himself to Instagram, which was taken at the beach and captured Baena wearing nothing more than a black Speedo.

“Twenty-Six? More like Twenty SICK! Here’s your POV of me running into my late twenties,” the actor captioned the video, which showed off his chiseled physique as he ran across the sand after taking a dip in the ocean.

One day earlier, Baena completed his first triathlon. He uploaded photos of his flexed arm muscles to Instagram to announce his achievement.

“Competed in my first triathlon today! What a great experience it was to compete with such amazing athletes,” he wrote.

“With my birthday coming up I wanted to challenge myself in a new way, I feel like I did really well and I’m proud of myself for going the distance,” Baena continued. “I truly believe that if you have muscles, you should be able to use them!”
