Arnold Schwarzenegger, actor and former Republican governor, revealed that he had another heart surgery Thursday.

“I have a new aortic valve to go along with my new pulmonary valve from my last surgery,” Schwarzenegger wrote.

Schwarzenegger’s lifelong heart problems have stemmed from congenital heart defect. His new pulmonary valve, which he went into surgery for two years ago, was a replacement for another valve replacement from 1997.

Though this wasn’t Schwarzenegger’s first heart surgery and his condition dictates that it won’t be his last, the star has posted that he is doing well, and is on the way to recovery.
