The holiday season is a time for family to come together, and you don't have to tell Maria Shriver that. Six months after the journalist, 56, filed for divorce from hubby Arnold Schwarzenegger, 64, after finding out that he had fathered a child with Mildred Baena, the couple's loyal housekeeper of 20 years, she and her estranged husband came together again for the holidays, attending a Christmas Eve mass with their kids on Saturday.

"They were serious but seemed like one family unit," a source told Us Weekly. "The kids were between them most of the time, but Arnold and Maria definitely seemed civil and would talk once in a while. They hugged the pastor at the end of the service and seemed warm and happy."

This isn't the first time the couple, who were married 25 years before the scandal rocked the news earlier this year, have spent time together since their split. Shriver spent Schwarzenegger's 64th birthday with him in July, reports the U.K.'s Daily Mail, and the duo were seen together at another church service last month.

Though it was always their intention to keep their divorce amicable for the sake of their kids — Katherine, 22; Christina, 20; Patrick, 18; and Christopher, 14 — some speculate that their friendliness could lead to reconciliation.
