Ariana Grande and her husband Dalton Gomez have decided to end their marriage.
The two reportedly split earlier in the year and are focused on their friendship. They were already having problems with their marriage, which was only exacerbated when she left for London to film Wicked. Their differences are said to be unreconcilable.
Grande was spotted on Sunday at Wimbledon without her engagement ring and wedding band, sparking split rumors. She posted a series of photos of her at the event with co-star Jonathan Bailey and friend Andrew Garfield.
Last year, Grande was similarly seen without her ring in a TikTok video, but she clarified immediately that, she was “not getting a divorce,” but she was simply getting it cleaned.
The couple celebrated their second anniversary just two months ago in May on her Instagram story. Grande posted a sweet tribute to Dalton with a photo of them kissing at their wedding writing, “I love him so.”
Gomez additionally shared photos on Valentine’s Day, which Grande reposted. The photo featured the two cozying up in a garden with the caption, “My forever valentine.”
The pair have been together since before February 2020, which is when they announced their relationship publicly. Ten months after the announcement, they tied the knot in a private wedding in May 2021.
Neither Grande nor Gomez have publicly commented on the split.
Before dating Gomez, Grande was dating Pete Davidson until October 2018 when they called off their engagement. Before their breakup, she shared that she was planning on marrying Davidson in the next five years and wanted to have multiple children with him.
She also famously dated Big Sean in 2014 for one year and rapper Mac Miller for two years until 2018.
