It's no secret that sexy Sports Illustrated supermodel Kate Upton, 20, digs the athletic type. Her last rumored boyfriend, Mark Sanchez, was a quarterback for the New York Jets when Upton was linked to him last year, and now she may be on to Major League Baseball's Detroit Tigers pitcher, Justin Verlander, 29.
Verlander and Upton were spotted together at various locations in the Detroit area over the past week, according to the Detroit Free Press. The sexy duo met when they starred in two commercials earlier this year that promoted the MLB 2K12 video game.
Upton and Verlander allegedly attended an Aerosmith concert together last Thursday before they were also seen visiting a series of local bars later in the week. To top it off, Upton also hit a Detroit Tigers game the following night, smiling broadly and sporting a Tigers baseball cap, reports the U.K.'s Daily Mail.
Upton has a history of being hush-hush about her personal life, and perhaps this time for good reason — Verlander reportedly has a long-term girlfriend, Emily Yuen, whom he's been with since college.
