Antonio Banderas attended the Maria Santisima de Lagrimas y Favores procession at San Juan Bautista church in Malaga, Spain, on Sunday. The 62-year-old actor was photographed wearing traditional white robes as he joined his fellow male Malaga residents in carrying out a Virgin Mary statue from the church.

Since becoming a resident in L.A., the Puss in Boots actor has returned to his church brotherhood annually, taking part in religious marches throughout Spanish towns and cities to mark the most important event in the Catholic calendar.
