Howard K. Stern, the former attorney and boyfriend of Anna Nicole Smith, was arrested on Thursday and charged with conspiring to furnish drugs to the model prior to her death from an overdose two years ago. Two doctors, who allegedly prescribed medication illegally to Anna Nicole, were also charged with felonies. The California Attorney General charged that the trio gave Anna Nicole controlled substances for three years, alleging that they were "prescribing, administering or dispensing a controlled substance to an addict."
