Justin Timberlake and Anna Kendrick promote 'Trolls'
Anna Kendrick and Justin Timberlake were in London promoting their film Trolls when the grand finale of their red carpet event went awry.
As Timberlake’s summer hit “Can’t Stop the Feeling” played, the duo hit a huge red button, which should have lit up the iconic London Eye in rainbow colors, only the button didn’t work. The two looked expectantly at the dark ferris wheel for a few seconds before realizing their stunt had failed.
Kendrick laughed aloud and Timberlake quipped, “And all the power goes out,” as the host attempted to fill the silence. Eventually the lights did turn on, but not before an adorably awkward moment with the two celebrities.
The pair seemingly had a blast promoting Trolls, as evidenced by their Instagram posts from the night.
