Angelina Jolie, 36, has brought new meaning to the phrase, "legs for days." At Sunday's 84th Annual Academy Awards, Jolie walked the red carpet in a black Atelier Versace gown with a slit up the side that bared her now famous right leg. Drawing attention away from her date, Best Actor nominee Brad Pitt, the leg soon became featured on a parody Twitter handle called "Angie's Right Leg" — and quickly amassed more than 10,000 followers!
During the ceremony, Jolie's leg — fully on display as the actress presented the awards for the best screenplays — also drew some mocking. While The Descendants scribe Alexander Payne was accepting the award for Best Adapted Screenplay, his co-writers Nat Faxon and Jim Rash cracked up the audience by posing Jolie-style with their hips locked and their right legs exaggeratedly pointed to the side.
