Angelina Jolie Required To Give Brad Pitt More Access To Their Children

Angelina Jolie may lose primary custody of their six children if Brad Pitt’s relationship with them is not fixed.

Twenty months after their divorce, the estranged couple are still facing problems over the custody of their children. In a court order given last week, Jolie is required to allow Pitt to have more communication and access to them and establish that they are “safe with their father.”

The case believes that it would be detrimental to them if they are not in contact with Pitt. The document stated that the “court has determined that not having a relationship with their father is harmful to them.”

Jolie must also give Pitt the cell phone numbers of the children and not get in the way of him calling them whenever he wants. She is also not permitted to read any texts between her ex-husband and their kids.

To further push for a stronger relationship with their father, the court has also created a schedule for the children’s summer visits with Pitt. This schedule applies to all children aside from Maddox, due to the court coming to the decision that he is old enough to decide how much time he wants to spend with Pitt.

Following the new guidelines, the court made it clear to Jolie that if she does not comply, she may lose primary custody. The court order states: “If the minor children remain closed down to their father and depending on the circumstances surrounding this condition, it may result in a reduction of the time they spend with [Jolie] and may result in the Court ordering primary physical custody to [Pitt].”

The couple were married for two years and partners for over 12 years. Together they adopted three kids: Maddox, Zahara and Pax. They also had three biological children: Shiloh and twins, Knox and Vivienne.
