Andrew Tate & Brother Tristan Tate To Appear In Court After Being Indicted For Rape & Human Trafficking In Romania

Social media influencer Andrew Tate and his brother, Tristan Tate, were indicted on charges of rape, human trafficking and creating a criminal gang in Romania on Tuesday.

Two female Romanian citizens were also charged with assisting in the crimes.

All the suspects are under house arrest in Romania. They are currently awaiting trial for assaulting seven women. They have denied all the allegations against them.

Tate was arrested back in December 2022 in Bucharest, Romania. He and his brother were taken into police custody until March. Since then they have been under house arrest.

A video was taken by Romanian police, showing Tate and Tristan’s house being raided by officers and then being detained.

Additionally, Tate has also been charged with rape and his brother Tristan with instigating others to violence.

They will make an appearance today at the Bucharest Court in order to set the trial date and discuss their house arrest.

First, the court’s preliminary hearing will accept the case and determine if the charges have been brought correctly. This procedure is specific to Romanian law.

There is evidence that both men were able to seduce their victims and promised them marriage or a relationship.

Tate recently posted on his Twitter account a video that accuses Cristiano Ronaldo of getting off from rape accusations. He captioned the video, “Men. This isn’t about me. This isn’t about whether you like me or not. This is about all of us. Today it’s me. Tomorrow it’s you. Nobody is safe from these lies.”

Tristan also recently tweeted this statement, “In 9 days the maximum period to legally hold me without charges expires. Charges. GOOD! Until now I’ve not been allowed to discuss what the “evidence” against me is. I’ve been muzzled under the instruction that I could “disrupt the investigation”. Finally…. I can talk. EM?”

Tate is mainly known for speaking online about promoting female submission and male dominance in social media videos. He was recently reinstated on Twitter by Elon Musk after he was banned from almost every social media platform.
