Singer Amy Winehouse, 25, was acquitted of assaulting a fan Friday in a London court. Winehouse had been charged with punching dancer Sherene Flash after she asked to have her picture taken with her after charity ball last September. Winehouse claimed she was too short to have reached Flash's eye, and the judge ruled there was insufficient evidence that it had been intentional. "I'm relieved," Winehouse told reports simply after the verdict was read. "I'm going home." (Photo: WENN)
