Amber Rose and Wiz Khalifa finalized their divorce on Monday – and then headed to a strip club to celebrate their love for one another.
Rose, 32, and Wiz, 28, filed the paperwork to officially end their marriage at a Los Angeles court. Afterward, the exes headed to the Ace of Spades strip club in L.A., TMZ reported. While it was claimed that Rose and her rapper ex were celebrating their divorce, the model claimed on Twitter it was more a celebration of love.
“Too much fun with my Ex hubby last night & no we didn’t celebrate our divorce we celebrated our love 4 each other cuz that never goes away.”
According to the divorce settlement, Wiz is paying Rose a flat $1 million in spousal support. He will also be paying $14,800 in child support for their three-year-old son Sebastian for whom he and Amber have agreed to share both physical and legal custody. Additionally, Wiz gets to keep the couple’s home in Pennsylvania and their 10 cars.
Since their estrangement, Rose has voiced her respect for Wiz and her hope that they will be successful as friends and co-parents.
“I think that we just wanted different things in our lives. Being married in the public is not easy. Having access to pretty much any and everything we want is not easy. We still love each other,” she said. “Right now we’re just working on co-parenting and learning how to be friends. He’s at my house a lot for the baby. I’m at his house.”
