Khloé Kardashian and Amber Rose got into a massive fight on Twitter Monday after Rose criticized the rumored relationship between Tyga and 17-year-old Kylie Jenner.
Kardashian took to Twitter in anger after Rose volunteered her opinion on Tyga, 24, and Jenner, who, despite multiple denials, are believed to be in a relationship. Rumors of the scandalous romance between the teenager and the rapper were thrust into the spotlight last week after Drake released a track where he appeared to call out Tyga, saying, “You need to act your age and not your girl’s age.”
In an interview on Monday, Rose brought up Jenner and Tyga while speaking about her friend, and Tyga’s ex, Blac Chyna. “Kylie’s a baby. She needs to go to bed at 7 o’clock and relax. It’s ridiculous. Tyga should be ashamed of himself. That’s how I feel, for sure. He has a beautiful woman and a baby and left that for a 16-year-old who just turned 17,” Rose said in an interview with Power 105.1’s “The Breakfast Club.”
Soon after Rose’s interview, her comments reached Kardashian, who was not pleased to have her little sister dragged into celebrity trash talk. Kardashian wrote on Twitter defending Jenner, referencing the fact that Rose has spoken about being a stripper at the age of 15, writing, “Please don’t worry about my sister who has a career & her s—t together at ONLY 17…People who live in glass houses shouldn’t throw stones.”
When a fan questioned Kardashian’s motives for referencing Rose’s past as a stripper, Kardashian made clear she didn’t intend to judge Rose for her past work, but rather show that Rose is in no position to pass judgment on Jenner.
Rose, however, either did not care for Kardashian’s reasoning or did not read what she wrote, responding to Kardashian’s original tweet about her stripper past by calling Kim Kardashian a “whore.”
“I’m happy u brought up the fact that I was a stripper at 15…I’ll be that lil whore to support my family like ur older sister is a whore 2 support hers. We’re even,” Rose wrote.
Rose continued to take jabs at Kim, posting a meme of her ex, Kanye West, now married to Kim, that makes light of Kim’s sex tape.
Later that night, Rose kicked it up a notch by referencing the rumors that Kardashian’s biological father is not Robert Kardashian, but OJ Simpson. “U think because ur dad was a professional football player that got away with murder ur better than me girl?” Rose wrote before concluding her Twitter ranting.
On Tuesday, Tyga stopped by the same Power 105.1 “The Breakfast Club” radio show as Rose and denied he was dating Jenner. Furthermore, the rapper insisted he did not leave his wife and child for another woman, let alone the young model. “I’m not dating Kylie…I want to be clear to everybody that I didn’t leave my family to be with Kylie. That’s ridiculous. Me and Cyna we broke up, almost close to a year now, because of a decision we made and things in our relationship that wasn’t going right, so we decided to split to raise an emotionally stable kid. That’s what we did, now we have a great relationship. I just wanna be clear about that. I didn’t leave nobody to be with anybody,” Tyga said.
Tyga also defended his friendship with Jenner, saying that he has been close with the entire Kardashian family for quite some time. “I’ve been knowing her family for a long time. In black culture, it’s different, if you hanging around somebody you smashin’ them. In white culture it’s different, they really are friends. For me if I’m friends with her, or I’m friends with her sister, they hoes or we smashing. It’s like, we really friends, I respect her mom, I know her whole family,” Tyga explained.
In October of 2014, Jenner’s mother, Kris Jenner, gave a similar story when she denied any romance between her daughter and the rapper, stating that Tyga and her family were actually neighbors. “We all live in the same neighborhood. [Tyga] used to live across the street for a long time, and now he lives next door to Khloe,” Kris said at the time.
Meanwhile, Jenner has stayed far away from the controversy, posting photos of her time at New York Fashion Week on Instagram. Blac Chyna has taken a similar route, but she did post a photo of her and Rose on Instagram on Tuesday with the caption “That’s Bae.”
