Amanda Seyfried married fellow actor Thomas Sadoski in a low-key ceremony.
Sadoski delivered the news in theLate Late Show’s Thursday episode. Host James Corden tried to congratulate Sadoski on his engagement. Then, the actor called Seyfried “my wife” and held up his shiny new wedding band.
He said they “just took off into the country with an officiant and just the two of us and we did our thing”.
Forty-year-old Sadoski told Corden that the ceremony was “beautiful” and “everything that it should be”. The couple wrote their own vows and Seyfried’s beloved dog, Finn, was also in attendance.
The newlywed Newsroom actor couldn’t stop gushing about his bride, saying, “Listen, she’s the person I love, admire, respect most in the world.”
Seyfried hinted at the big news in an Instagram post before Sadoski’s appearance. She wrote that he would be talking about “nice things” with Corden.
The Les Miserables and Big Love actress is expecting the couple’s first child.
Sadoski currently stars in the CBS sitcom Life in Pieces.
