The latest victim of the hacked cell phone and subsequent nude photo leak may be The Avengers leading lady, Scarlett Johansson. In March, Johansson's name appeared on an alleged list of 50 female stars whose electronic devices may have been violated, including Hollywood stars like Christina Aguilera, Jessica Albla and Vanessa Hudgens, whose X-rated pictures surfaced in 2007 and 2009. Unfortunately, for 26-year-old Johansson, there allegedly are two photos of the star in compromising positions.
Several sites have posted two images taken by a woman — allegedly Johansson — nude in her bathroom and topless on a bed. Blogger Perez Hilton had them posted to his site this morning but they have since been taken down. There are some gossip sites that have reported on still having the images up.
According to reports, Johansson has reached out to the Federal Bureau of Investigation in hopes of catching a culprit. FBI spokeswoman Laura Eimiller says that the bureau is in fact looking into the case. "The FBI is investigating a person or group responsible for a series of cyber intrusions of high profile figures," Eimiller told E! News. "This would include many devices — could mean a computer, desktop, laptop, iPad, cell phone, intrusions into personal online accounts too."
Johansson has yet to issue a public comment on the incident. Her latest project, Marvel Studios's The Avengers is set to be released next year.
