Alicia Keys had a busy Thursday night celebrating both her 37th birthday and the upcoming Grammy weekend.
Keys started off the night by sharing on her Instagram thanking everyone for birthday wishes.
Afterwards both Keys and her husband Swizz Beatz attended the Producers and Engineers 11th Annual Grammy’s Week Award Ceremony. They were both honored for their contribution to the music industry as a songwriter and producer, respectively. Swizz Beatz was also awarded with the The Recording Academy President’s Merit Award.
Later in the night, Swizz Beatz surprised Keys with a Wu-Tang Clan-themed rollerskating birthday party at TAO in New York City.
The night was filled with a star-studded guest list including Nas, Fabolous and Jadakiss. A few of the Wu-Tang members, Raekwon and Ghostface Killah, also made an appearance at the party.
Swizz Beatz then finished off the night with one more surprise for Keys and had jazz pianist Chick Corea perform “Happy Birthday” for her.
