30 Rock Star Alec Baldwin is apologizing again – this time for comments made on the David Letterman's Late Show about mail order brides. "I joked that I might need a 'mail-order bride' to achieve the goal of having more children in my life," Baldwin writes on the Huffington Post. Baldwin's comments were condemned in the Philippines and one Senator even threatened to beat the actor. "Such anger and frustration about the issue of sex trafficking is understandable," Baldwin writes remorsefully. "The Philippines has suffered significant problems with the issue of sex trafficking."
