After Trump Questioned His Whereabouts, Nikki Haley’s Husband Returns Home From Serving In National Guard For One Year

Former presidential candidate Nikki Haley’s husband, Michael, returned home after serving in the National Guard for a year.

Haley posted family pictures on X, saying, “That moment when you finally take a breath… It’s been a long year but even longer without each other.”

Thankful for Michael’s safe return and the end of a year-long prayer.”

The pair have been married for almost 30 years and have two children, Rena and Nalin.

Haley’s husband has also been deployed to Afghanistan and with the National Guard since 2006, holding the rank of major.

Recently, Donald Trump antagonized the Haley family, saying at a rally: “What happened to [Nikki Haley’s] husband? Where is he? He’s gone. He knew. He knew.”

Haley clapped back at Trump, “Michael is deployed serving our country, something you know nothing about.”

In a speech she made in South Carolina, Haley made remarks about Trump’s age and cognitive abilities, stating that he might have dementia
