After Her Brain Cancer Diagnosis, Shannen Doherty Reunites With ‘90210’ Costars Brian Austin & Ian Ziering For Green’s 50th

90210 stars Shannen Doherty, Brian Austin Green and Ian Ziering reunited to celebrate Green’s 50th birthday over the weekend.

Doherty shared photos on her Instagram account Sunday and captioned the post, “Happy birthday B. I love you @brianaustingreen.”

The actors all met on the set of 90210 in 1990 and have stayed friends ever since. The show ran for ten seasons and ended in 2000.

Doherty, who starred as Brenda Walsh on 90210, has been acting since 1981 in her first role in Father Murphy. She is currently taking a break from acting, as she is battling stage four breast cancer, which has spread to her brain. She has been very open to the public about her diagnosis, sharing her experiences on Instagram.

On June 14, she revealed that she received surgery for a tumor doctors discovered in her brain. She shared that she was “trying to be brave but I am petrified. The fear was overwhelming to me. Scared of all possible bad outcomes, worried about leaving my mom and how that would impact her. Worried that I would come out of surgery not me anymore. This is what cancer can look like.”

The three actors can be seen sitting next to each other in front of a pool and were all hugging each other while smiling.

Doherty adorned green overalls over a black sleeveless shirt and accessorized with black flip-flops and aviator sunglasses. Ziering wore a short sleeve shirt with palm tree patterns, ankle-length trousers, white sneakers and sunglasses. Green also kept it casual with a white t-shirt, blue patterned shorts, blue flip-flops and sunglasses.

Ziering similarly posted a video on Instagram of Green being surprised by all the guests at his party, captioning it, “Happy birthday Bri! So happy to celebrate with you and your family! You sure are loved brother! May this be your best year yet!”

In the short video, Ziering and his friends can be heard yelling, “Surprise!” while Green jokes, “A lot of people.”

Ziering additionally shared two selfies he took with the actors while they were smiling and holding cocktails.
