On Thursday, Kyle Richards‘ fans became concerned after a photo was shared showing Richards’s rib cage.
The since-deleted photo was posted by Richards’s The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills costar Dorit Kemsley.
In the photo, Richards is wearing a black and white that expose her rib cage and new slimmer physique. This raised concerns for her fans, who are worried about her sudden weight loss.

“The picture they’re referring to, I was sucking in because of the type of dress I had on,” Richards commented on Instagram. “Which I see now was not a good look. I am actually a healthy weight. I eat very well & work out every day. Anyone who knows me can attest to that,” she continued.
The images spark concern after Richards previously denied using the diabetes drug Ozempic, a drug known to lead to weight loss.

“I hope Kyle isn’t unwell,” wrote a fan.
“Kyles ribs. Yikes,” wrote another.
Richards’s weight loss journey has drawn a lot of speculation for in the past year. “After gaining weight during the summer – on July 15 – after getting off the boat, I said, ‘That’s it. I’m not having any sugars, any carbs, any alcohol.'”
