Donald Trump celebrated President Joe Biden’s 81st birthday by releasing a letter from his doctor, reporting that Trump is in “excellent” mental and physical health.

The former president posted the letter to his social media platform, Truth Social.

Dr. Bruce Aronwald, the New Jersey physician who has been treating Trump since 2021, wrote that his “physical exams were well within the normal range and his cognitive exams were exceptional.”

He added that his recent lab results were “even more favorable than prior testing on some of the most significant parameters.”

The letter, however, contained no evidence to support his claims, such as measures of blood pressure or cholesterol levels and did not include any test results.

Trump’s clean bill of health comes amid claims from both sides of the aisle that he and Biden are too old to run for the presidency in 2024.

During his first campaign for the Republican presidential nomination, Trump released a letter from the late Dr. Harold Bornstein claiming that he would be “the healthiest individual ever elected to the presidency.”

Bornstein later revealed that Trump had written the assessment himself.

While serving his first term, Trump’s doctors offered a more accurate picture of his health, which included measurements and test results. In 2019, the former president was officially considered obese.

Nonetheless, then-White House Dr. Ronny Jackson claimed that Trump “might live to be 200 years old” during a press conference about the former president’s health.

In recent weeks, Trump has confused Biden and former President Barack Obama no less than seven times during public speeches. Trump’s GOP rival, Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis, has taken to mocking Trump’s gaffes daily.
