After Living In An RV, Tori Spelling & Her 5 Kids Move Into A $12,000-A-Month Rental

Beverly Hills 90210 alum Tori Spelling has been making moves – literally – as she transitions living spaces and returns to her old upscale lifestyle.

Spelling, who appeared to spend the summer of 2023 living in budget motels and an RV with her five kids, recently moved into a swanky, $12,000-a-month rental home in the affluent Calabasas, California.

Daughter of acclaimed late TV producer Aaron Spelling, Spelling now lives in a home that is still far from the $85 million, 14-bedroom mansion she grew up in. Her new rental has five bedrooms and four bathrooms with a spacious backyard pool and patio – surely enough space for the children she shares with estranged husband Dean McDermott – Liam, Stella, Hattie, Finn and Beau.

In June 2023, McDermott announced that he and Spelling were separating after their 18-year-long relationship. McDermott and Spelling collectively owe more than $400,000 due to a 2012 bank loan, a financial strain on the relationship supposedly worsened by the family’s out-of-control spending habits.

In early August 2023, amid other headlines of financial troubles, Spelling and her children were photographed living out of an RV in a campground in Ventura County, California. At the time, Spelling posted a carousel of heavily filtered photos at the beach and in the RV to Instagram, accompanied by the caption, “As long as we have each other….” Before the RV, Spelling and her children were reportedly staying in an infested $100-a-night motel.

Spelling later posited that her family was simply taking a road trip ahead of the school year. She laughed at claims the family was homeless.

Since she parted ways with McDermott, Spelling has been exceedingly open about her financial woes, going so far as to say she had considered making a fan account for the sake of her family. Spelling has not potential account did not come to fruition.
