After Ex-MMA Fighter Andrew Osborne Pleads Guilty For Fatal Stabbing, Wild-Eyed Mugshot Goes Viral

Former MMA fighter Andrew Osborne was photographed in a wild-eyed mugshot after confessing to the stabbing of Brian A. Wilkinson. In September 2022, Osborne, 35, fatally stabbed Wilkinson in the head and neck at the Ocean Casino Resort in Atlantic City. Wilkinson was 47 years old at the time of death.

Surveillance footage captured Osborne roaming around the hotel on the day of the stabbing. Osborne was seen in the elevators and on Wilkinson’s hotel room floor around 7 a.m.

Osborne reentered his hotel room, propped open by the deadbolt, for almost 20 minutes before leaving. Cameras later captured Osborne and his wife in the hotel parking garage. Osborne wore Wilkinson’s clothes.

Wilkinson’s body was discovered at 1:30 p.m. the same day. Osborne and his wife fled back to Osborne’s home state of Philadelphia. Authorities arrested Osborne days after his return. Two years later, in 2024, Osborne pleaded guilty to aggravated manslaughter. Osborne’s sentencing date is August 22, where he faces up to 25 years in state prison.

Osborne was an MMA fighter from January 2012 to October 2013. His short-term career included one win to two losses.
