Jessica Simpson celebrated her 43rd birthday on social media by posting a glowing selfie of herself showcasing her dramatic weight loss. 

The singer captioned the post, “43 makeup free (kinda. Ha. I did curl my lashes) 🦀♋️🤍🤍🤍.”

The photo features her smiling while wearing a red top and a simple necklace. She accessorized with hoop earrings and pulled her hair back and out of her face. 

Fans wished the singer a happy birthday and commented on her clean look. Actress Carmen Electra wrote, “happy birthday Jessie 🎂💕,” while model Abigail Ratchford added, “Gorgeous 👑.”

Her look was very similar to the new trend of makeup-free or clean makeup style celebrities are currently sporting.

Lady Gaga similarly showed off her natural beauty on social media. She shared photos of selfies she took while lying in bed wearing a pink sweatshirt. Her long way blond hair was splayed out on the bed while promoting her new beauty line Haus Labs. 

These selfies come to light after Simpson was accused of using Ozempic after fans thought she looked skinny and “frail.” She cleared the air in an interview with Bustle letting everyone know that she lost weight through “willpower.”
