Adult Films Stars Hit Back At Trump’s Lawyer Rudy Giuliani Over Comments About Stormy Daniels

President Donald Trump‘s attorney, Rudy Giuliani, said Stormy Daniels is not credible simply because she is a porn star with “no reputation.” That’s just one of the misogynistic comments he made, and he’s receiving major backlash for it.

Daniels claimed she had sex with a married Trump in 2006, just before Melania Trump gave birth to their son. Just days before the 2016 Presidential Election, Daniels signed a non-disclosure agreement for $130,000 to keep quiet. Now, she’s looking to invalidate this compromise.

On Wednesday at a conference in Tel Aviv, Giuliani said, “I’m sorry I don’t respect a porn star the way I respect a career woman or a woman of substance or a woman who isn’t going to sell her body for sexual exploitation.”

Additionally, he said people can “just look” at Daniels to feel she’s not one to believe. Around this point is when a moderator at the conference reprimanded Giuliani, telling him he must respect women while speaking at “Globes” Capital Market conference.

Mark Kernes, senior editor of Adult Video News and longtime friend of Daniels’, said her career does not judge her honesty.

“The fact of the matter is the average person in the adult film industry is generally no more or less honest than any other person in society, and in the case of Rudy Giuliani and Donald Trump, probably quite a bit more honest.”

A spokeswoman for one of the industry’s largest producers, Jackie Martin of Vivid Entertainment, said his claims were “offensive and outlandish.”

“Many talented women of substance have chosen to make their careers in the adult industry,” Martin said.

Christa B. Daring, executive director of the Sex Workers Outreach Project, said: “It’s incredibly dangerous to attach the worth of a person to their sexual behavior.”

She added, “Frequently, appearance is weaponized against women in our society, whether that be because they’re too pretty or they’re too heavy.”

Michael Avenatti, Daniels’ attorney, called on Trump to immediately dismiss Giuliani. He said Giuliani is a “misogynist” and that Daniels’ “should be celebrated for her courage, strength and intelligence.”
