An elephant calf has gone viral after a failed attempt at charging was caught on video by tourists in Zambia.

“Elephant Calf Charging”

The video, titled “Elephant Calf Charging,” was uploaded to YouTube on March 3, and shows a baby elephant first wandering around with a herd, waving his trunk around. At first, the little elephant appears content to wander amongst his fellow elephants, but then he notices the tourists, who were reportedly on a safari at Mfuwe Lodge, and gets curious, apparently attempting to charge towards them.

The adorable baby elephant then gets spooked and turns around to rejoin his group. While the tourists appeared more amused than scared at the elephant’s behavior, a baby elephant can still cause some damage. At birth, elephants weigh around 200 pounds and stand at about 3-feet tall.
