Adele New Album '25' Set For Release
Adele responded to rumors that she and longtime boyfriend Simon Konecki had split in a rare tweet.
On Sunday, Dec. 28, Adele decided to put the speculation to rest and personally confirm that she and Konecki are still together. “Just wanted to wish everyone happy holidays & all the best for 2015! PS Simon & I are still very much together,” the “Skyfall” singer wrote. “Don’t believe what you read x.”
Adele, 26, has been publicly dating Konecki since January 2012. By June, Adele announced that she and Konecki were expecting a child together. The Grammy-winner gave birth to a son named Angelo Oct. 19, 2012.
Prior to Adele’s tweet, rumors about the pair were gaining steam, claiming that they were on the rocks. According to the reports, Adele and Konecki were no longer living together.
Adele’s third studio album 25 is slated for release in 2015.
