Adele performed a special tribute for those victims of the London Attacks at a concert in New Zealand.
The British singer was performing in New Zealand on Thursday night when she dedicated a rendition of “Make You Feel My Love” to the victims of the attack. “Today there was a terror attack in my home town of London,” she said. “I’m literally on the other side of the world, and I want them to see our lights and to hear us.”
Four people were killed and around 40 more injured in an attack outside of Westminster Palace during a session of Parliament on Wednesday in London.
“I feel very far away and very strange not being at home. All I want to do today is just be at home and be with my friends and family. Everyone [I know] is fine, but there are four people that aren’t fine,” the singer continued. “So let’s dedicate this to them tonight and to my hometown.”
