Adele Gives Birth To First Child With Simon Konecki

Grammy Award-winning artist Adele has accomplished many things in her 24 years, including most recently her very own Bond theme song, and now she can add giving birth to that prolific list. Adele welcomed a son with boyfriend Simon Konecki on Friday, after announcing her pregnancy earlier this year. "I'm delighted to announce that Simon and I are expecting our first child together," Adele wrote in June on her website. "I wanted you to hear the news direct from me, obviously we're over the moon and very excited but please respect our privacy at this precious time."

The couple has been dating since the summer of 2011, but they denied rumors of a wedding as recently as August. "I'm not married…Zzzzzzz," tweeted Adele. But the star did admit to feeling broody this year, and claimed she had a list of names picked out already. "It's a huge turnaround for Adele who's always said she wants to wait until she's at least 30 and has five albums before she thinks about a family. But now they have their big pad in the country with ample bedrooms, she's keen to fill it with babies," a source told the Daily Star in March.

Konecki, who is the co-founder of the U.K. bottled water company Life Water and CEO of the Drop4Drop charity, has another child from a previous marriage to stylist Clary Fisher.
