Adele Buys $58 Million House With Boyfriend Rich Paul That Belonged To Sylvester Stallone
Adele moved in with her boyfriend, Rich Paul, after a year of dating in her new $58 million property. The singer shared the news on her Instagram by posting a picture of the couple holding a set of keys outside of their new abode.
The mansion is located in Beverly Hills and was previously owned by Sylvester Stallone. The actor has been trying to sell the mansion that he purchased in the ’90s for a while now. He initially put it on the market for $110 million, but as there were no takers, he cut the price down to $85 million just this month. The house is about 18,587-square-foot, set over three acres, and boasts eight bedrooms and 12 bathrooms. It includes an art studio, eight-car garage, cinema, custom bar, gym and even a cigar room.
Adele already owned three homes in the Beverly Hills neighborhood; the first two were purchased under the names The Garfield Trust and Todd Gelfand, a partner at Adele’s business management company Gelfand, Rennert & Feldman.
Things are moving quite fast for the “Rolling in the Deep” singer and her new boyfriend. Their relationship went public when they were spotted attending the NBA Finals as a couple in July, and again at LeBron James‘ wife’s birthday party in August. They became Instagram official when the singer posted a photo of them on September 19, which she captioned with a red heart emoji.
In an interview with Rolling Stone, the singer described her relationship with Paul as the most “incredible, open-hearted, and easiest” one she’s ever been in.
“I would like to have more children – I only just feel like I’ve caught up with my sleep from nine years ago when I had my son,” Adele revealed.
The singer shares her son, Angelo, with her ex-husband, Simon Konecki, whom she divorced last year.
