Adele will hit the road in North America next year to tour on her latest album, 25.
Adele’s 25 tour will launch July 5, with the first concert being held in St. Paul, Minn. The 56-date North American tour will run through Nov. 15, culminating in Mexico City. In the midst of her tour in September, Adele will hold a six-night residency at New York City’s Madison Square Garden.
The upcoming tour will be Adele’s first in North America since 2011.

Adele previously announced dates for her UK and European tours. Throughout February and March, she’ll have concerts in London, Belfast, Dublin, Manchester, Glasgow and Birmingham. The singer will kick off the European leg of her tour in Stockholm April 29. She’ll then head to Norway, Denmark, Germany, Switzerland, Portugal, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands, France and Belgium.
When Adele put out her record-breaking single “Hello” and prepared to drop 25, her third studio album, she wasn’t entirely sure that she would tour – but made the decision, as promised, ahead of Christmas.
“When I’ve sat down and thought, ‘What can I do to bring something new to the table?’ It was just like, ‘Tour.’ Because I haven’t done it properly,” Adele told Rolling Stone, revealing that she wanted to tour before her son Angelo was in school.
Adele has also admitted that touring isn’t necessarily something that she’s terribly enthusiastic about, calling it a “lonely” experience.
“Performing to that many people for every night, for that long, I find something very lonely about it. Which sounds weird, because you’re performing for like, 20,000 people every night, but you leave on your own,” she told the Times of London. “You don’t go home and, like, share a bed with 20,000 people and have a little pajama party and watch movies.”
She added, “Obviously I’m going to have my friends with me and I’m going to have my family with me, but the thought of how lonely that could be frightens me more than the load of doing a worldwide tour.”
