Actor Vince Vaughn Arrested For Suspected Drunken Driving

Vince Vaughn, 48, was arrested in Manhattan Beach, California early Sunday morning at a sobriety and driver’s license checkpoint.

Vaughn was charged with driving under the influence and resisting arrest. The only passenger in his car was also arrested and charged with public intoxication.

Both Vaughn and the unidentified male passenger were taken to Manhattan Beach Jail and have left since. There are no details regarding their bail.

However, this isn’t the actor’s first arrest. In 2001, Vaughn was arrested in Wilmington, North Carolina, following the stabbing of fellow actor Steve Buscemi at a bar crawl. Vaughn was charged with assault in the incident, but the charges were later dropped.

Vaughn most recently starred in 2017’s Brawl in Cell Block 99, playing an ex-boxer who leads a prison riot.
