911 Call For ‘Euphoria’ Star Angus Cloud Reveals Final Moments Before His Death

The 911 call that Angus Cloud’s mother placed reveals his final moments alive.

On Monday, Cloud’s mother called 911 around 11:30 a.m. after she discovered her son passed out in their family home. She told officers that it was a “possible overdose” and that she could not locate a pulse. After first responders arrived at the home, they pronounced the actor dead at the scene

The news comes only one week after Cloud buried his father Conor Hickey in Ireland after he died in May from an undisclosed illness.

The family revealed in a statement that Cloud was struggling with the death of his father, who “was his best friend.” They wrote, “The only comfort we have is knowing Angus is now reunited with his dad.”

In addition to this, the family acknowledged Cloud’s ongoing battle with his mental health over the past few years. “Angus was open about his battle with mental health and we hope that his passing can be a reminder to others that they are not alone and should not fight this on their own in silence,” they wrote.

His Euphoria co-stars have posted their own tributes to Cloud on social media. This includes Zendaya, who first met Cloud back in high school. She added a black-and-white photo of Cloud laughing with a joyful look on his face. She shared heartwarming thoughts about him.

“Words are not enough to describe the infinite beauty that is Angus (Conor). I’m so grateful I got the chance to know him in this life, to call him a brother, to see his warm kind eyes and bright smile, or hear his infectious cackle of a laugh (I’m smiling now just thinking of it),” she wrote.

Maude Apatow, who worked closely with Cloud on the set of Euphoria, released her own statement about their relationship.

“Angus was the funniest person ever,” she wrote. “I would get so excited to see on the schedule that we would be working together because I knew we’d have the best day, laughing so hard. He was the sweetest and made everyone around him so happy. He was just the best. Words can’t really capture how magical of a person he was. My heart is broken.” She ended her tribute by saying, “Angus, getting to know and work with you was one of the greatest joys and blessings of my life. I will love you forever. ❤️”
