After the raids on Sean “Diddy” Combs‘ homes in Miami and Los Angeles last week, his longtime nemesis, rapper 50 Cent, said he would produce a documentary about his nemesis.
The rivalry is connected to Combs dating 50 Cent’s ex, Daphne Joy. Joy is the mother of 50 Cent’s 11-year-old son, Sire Jackson.
A new $30 million sexual assault lawsuit against Combs brought by record producer Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones claimed that Joy was Combs “sex worker,” adding a further wrinkle to the drama.
The 73-page lawsuit is only one of three recently filed against Combs.
The suit also stated that Jones was subject to a year of groping without his consent and “constant unsolicited touching” of his private areas.
Combs and Jackson have a long-lasting rivalry that dates back over 20 years.
The feud started after Jackson released a song saying that Combs knew who murdered popular rapper Notorious BIG. Combs then called 50 Cent a “hating a– c—.”
When Joy and 50 Cent called things off, Joy reported that the rapper had been physically abusive.
50 Cent has publicly commented on this relationship and his ongoing feud with Diddy on social media. Of the raids on Combs’ homes, he said, “Now it’s not Diddy do it, it’s Diddy done they don’t come like that unless they got a case.”
He has also stated that he is financing a documentary series on the Combs’ allegations.
50 Cent’s spokesperson acknowledged the documentary, saying in a statement, “I can confirm that the untitled Diddy documentary is in development through G-Unit Film and Television with Curtis ’50 Cent’ Jackson serving as Executive Producer.”
