The 2015 Miss Universe Pageant will air live over the weekend from Las Vegas, where 80 women will be vying for this year’s crown.
Comedian Steve Harvey is on hosting duties for the Miss Universe Pageant, which is being held at Las Vegas’ Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino. The final show that airs Sunday will come on the heals of a few smaller competitions, including the national costume contest that was held Thursday.
Winning the costume contest was Australia’s Monika Radulovic, who is the current betting favorite to win the entire Miss Universe pageant. Rounding out the top five according to oddsmakers are Miss Brazil Marthina Brandt, Miss India Urbashi Rautela, Miss USA Olivia Jordan and Miss Vietnam Huong Pham.
While those betting on the eventual winner believe they know who’ll win, the matter is up to this year’s judges – Emmitt Smith, Niecy Nash, Olivia Culpo and Perez Hilton.
Interspersed between the contestants’ performances and the judges’ marks that follow, the 2015 Miss Universe pageant will also include musical performances. Charlie Puth, Seal, and The Band Perry will all perform during the live telecast.
The 2015 Miss Universe Pageant will air live on Fox at 7 p.m. EST.
