No one looks cool sitting on a toilet, Saturday Night Live says, except for Benedict Cumberbatch.
The British actor appeared in a fake ad for Kohl’s new “Koohl Toilet.. The skit starts with an image of a dystopian future (reminiscent of a famous 1984 Apple ad), with cast members staring blankly at a giant screen as they were told exactly how to use the toilet.
But then came Cumberbatch, dressed like Neo from The Matrix, who promises to revolutionize going to the toilet. The narrator explains:
“Introducing the Koohl Toilet by Kohler! A sleek reverse bowl toilet that you sit on the cool way. With your arms casually draped over the top. the craftsmanship you expect from Kohler coupled with revolutionary design it brings confidence into the bathroom.”
Cumberbatch hosted SNL for the first time this weekend, and was joined by musical guest Solange Knowles.
