Robert F. Kenndey Jr., 70, Raises Eyebrows At Posh NYC Gym Working Out In Jeans & Boots After Controversial Nomination To Serve In Trump’s Cabinet

Robert F. Kennedy Jr., 70, recently embroiled in controversy over his numerous questionable health claims, has recently been seen wearing jeans and hiking boots at the posh Equinox Gym Hudson Yards in New York City.

Kennedy’s exercise garb has been debated among young gymgoers who didn’t recognize the political scion. However, gym members were chuckling at the sight of him running on the treadmill in hiking boots.

The sighting was reminiscent of Lenny Kravitz, a rock icon who was spotted strength training at the exact location last year. He was wearing a tracksuit paired with sunglasses and black motorcycle boots. Kennedy quipped that he was “practicing” for his confirmation hearing.

Kennedy, who is President-elect Donald Trump‘s nominee to be Health and Human Services secretary, is likely to face questioning of his unusual statements on vaccines, abortion, fluoride, raw meat and even dead bears.

In a set of viral tweets, the politician was spotted with Samantha Bee and Joanna Coles, who showed him shirtless as he quite literally flipped out with his friends.

Many find it curious that Kennedy himself is aligned with discredited causes, such as the link between the MMR vaccine and autism. Groups of people with differing views of political stances have begun to attack Kennedy’s promotion of anti-vaccine conspiracy theories and the belief that the Food and Drug Administration undermines public health.
