Kim Zolciak and her estranged husband Kroy Biermann made the next step toward putting their relationship behind them as they ended their cohabitation and moved out of their shared mansion.

On Tuesday, moving trucks were spotted in the driveway of the house.

Located in Milton, Georgia, the estate features seven bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, a heated pool and spa, an in-ground trampoline and a six-car garage.

Built-in 2013, the mansion measures 15,694 square feet with a property of 1.78 acres. Originally valued at $5.5 million and marketed at $6 million, the estate is also equipped with a climate-controlled wine-cellar, billiard room, home theater, two-story walk-in closet, gym, private massage room, arcade game room, gourmet chef’s kitchen and a two-station salon, among many other luxuries.

With the foreclosure auction creeping up on Dec. 3, on Nov. 18, Zolciak and Biermann slashed the price of the mansion by $300,000 on Zillow, bringing the selling price down to $3.65 million.

On Nov. 18, the Milton Police Department was called to break up Zolciak and Biermann’s fight. This is one of several fights in which authorities have been called to defuse the situation.

The family will spend their final Thanksgiving at the lakeside mansion with their two daughters, Brielle Karenna Biermann and Ariana Lenee Biermann. On Nov. 26, Ariana announced she would be home for the holidays via Instagram story.

In September, Zolciak vented to TMZ about Biermann: “He has not paid a bill in that house. He’s paid two electric bills in the last 18 months…not a cable, a water, a phone – nothing. Nothing. That man has not paid a bill in that house. Brielle has helped more than Kroy has.”

Zolciak seems to have moved on to dating Tom Hanks‘ son, Chet Hanks. Last week, the two posted a sweet selfie backstage at a Jelly Roll concert.
