Madonna Suffers Knee Injury Just A Week Before ‘Celebration’ Tour Starts After Hospitalization

Right before her upcoming Celebration Tour, pop star Madonna seems to be having knee problems.

In an Instagram post, Madonna posted several photos of rehearsals, with the last two photos that might highlight some concerns.

The second to last photo shows the singer’s legs, with a blue sleeve that appears around her left leg. The last photo shows a white cloth, presumably an ice pack, on her knee.

Madonna has dealt with previous health issues this past year. In June, she developed a “serious bacterial infection,” which caused her North American tour to be postponed. She had been found unresponsive and some feared for her life.

The Celebration Tour is due to start in mid-October and is slated to run in Europe and North America until finishing in Mexico City on April 24, 2024.

Madonna’s tour will also sell merchandise, with the proceeds going to charity. She teamed up with the organization Ministry of Tomorrow to sell sustainably sourced concert shirts at her shows. The money will go to her Raising Malawi charity and the Chema Vision Children’s Center.
