Rudy Giuliani Heads To ‘2nd Chance Bail Bonds’ After Being Arrested & Having Mugshot Taken In Georgia Election Fraud Case
Trump lawyer Rudy Giuliani was arrested and had his mugshot taken at the Rice Street Jail in Atlanta on Wednesday afternoon.
Outside the jail, protestors held up a sign that read “Clown Car Coup” as Giuliani answered reporters’ questions.
Immediately afterward, the former New York City mayor headed to 2nd Chance Bail Bonds, presumably to get help obtaining the $150,000 bail he is required to post in order to go free. In reality, he only needed 10% or $15,000 to make bail.
Giuliani is reported to be near bankruptcy after multiple lawsuits, stemming from his work with Trump, have led to more than $3 million in unpaid legal bills. The former mayor has begged Trump to help cover his debts, but the former president has so far refused to do so.
Giuliani recently admitted in a court filing that he lied about two Georgia election workers when he claimed that they had “stuffed ballots” on election night.

Giuliani, who made his name prosecuting mob bosses under federal RICO statutes, was charged under Georgia’s RICO law for his efforts to overturn the election results in the state for former President Donald Trump. Giuliani is charged with lying to the Georgia legislature about election “fraud” and leading a criminal conspiracy to reverse the will of the people.
Trump himself is expected to turn himself in at the same jail tomorrow.
The Rice Street Jail has been made famous in rap lyrics as one of the most dangerous in the country.
