French stunt star Remi Lucidi, 30, died after falling from the 68th floor of a skyscraper in Hong Kong.

Known as “Remi Enigma” on Instagram, he lost his balance after getting locked outside an apartment on July 27, on the 721-foot-tall Tregunter Tower.

According to reports, Lucidi was able to enter the building by telling a security guard he was going to visit a friend on the 40th floor. He was then captured on security footage on the staircase to the top floor.

Hong Kong authorities say that the security guard tried to verify Lucidi’s claim of seeing a friend, but the stuntman had already gone up the elevator by then.

It is not yet known how Lucidi got trapped outside the building. According to a source, he spotted a maid inside and knocked on the window to get their attention, leading them to call the police.

But Lucidi, who is known for sharing his stunts with photographs from high-rises on social media, lost his balance and fell to his death. His body and camera were found on a nearby patio.
