Amid rumors of cohosts Amy Robach and T.J. Holmes‘ affair, ABC has reportedly come to the decision that both stars are “out” from their roles as hosts of GMA 3.

The network is reportedly negotiating with them on exit deals.

Robach, 49, and Holmes, 54, have sparked rumors of an affair despite both being married to other people.

The relationship became public when the two were photographed together on several intimate outings in November 2022.

The 65 photos of the pair were first published in a tabloid leading to a media storm in which followers dug up old social media posts, apartment sales records and even compared their half marathon times.

The photos depicted the couple holding hands in a car, laughing in an NYC bar and spending time alone in the city. In one photo, Holmes has his hand resting playfully on Robach’s back while they were taking a vacation upstate.

Neither star immediately addressed the photos, possibly due to the fact that neither had yet to split from their spouse.

Both Robach and Holmes did deactivate their Instagram accounts, and Holmes deactivated his Twitter page. Photos of the two continued to swirl, and after the pair were photographed in the airport together in late December 2022, Holmes filed for divorce from his wife Marilee Fiebig.

Gossip about the affair has been published in the media for months.

Rumors of their affair first sprung up in 2017 and became so pervasive that GMA star Robin Roberts pulled both Holmes and Robach aside about the situation.

The relationship between Robach and Holmes reportedly began in earnest when they began training for the New York City Half Marathon together in 2022.

The pair posted a flirty TikTok updating followers on their training and plans for the race. They ran the race alongside Robach’s husband, Andrew Shue.

While Holmes has since filed for divorce from his wife, the media history of his connections to other women outside of his marriage has ballooned in recent years.

When Holmes and Fiebig celebrated their tenth wedding anniversary in March 2020, Holmes posted on Facebook about the event.

“Despite my best efforts, she remained married to me for the past 10 years.” he wrote. “That’s not a hyperbole. I’m not being dramatic. I gave her plenty of reasons, excuses, and opportunities to walk her fine ass out the doooooooor.”

Robach and her husband have been married since 2010 and share two daughters and three sons from previous marriages. The couple sold their $5 million Manhattan apartment just one week before the news broke of Robach and Holmes’ affair.

Shue has since removed any and all traces of Robach from his social media.
