Tom Brady’s three children were present for his home opening game on the Tampa Bay Buccaneers after returning from his planned retirement. Amid the familial strife that Brady’s decision caused, his wife Gisele Bündchen decided not to attend the game this time.

The Buccaneers were facing off against the Green Bay Packers, and Brady’s kids were being watched by one of his sisters and mom Galynn Brady.

Brady’s kids Jack, Benjamin and Vivian also had a chance to run on the field and give their dad a big hug before the game started up.

The game ended in a two-point loss, and this is his third game of the season with Bündchen still being a no-show for all of them. An insider told Page Six that Brady was “hopeful” the pair would reconcile and that she’ll attend a game soon.

Bündchen is likely frustrated by Brady’s reversal of his decision to retire, as she had been taking care of his family for years while he was participating in the demanding career as a football quarterback.

She mentioned in an Elle interview that she would like Brady to “be more present” with their family. She was also concerned over his return to football at the age of 45 because “this is a very violent sport.”

The Brazilian-born model had been on a trip in the Bahamas with her and Brady’s children while recording that interview earlier this month.
